How to create your online account

Once logged in, go to the profile icon, where you can update your address and contact details by selecting the pencil icon.
To create your MyPlans account, you will need your Plan number.
If your Plan number is not recognised in MyPlans, you may not be able to create a MyPlans account. Please call or write to us.
You can update your name on MyPlans and send the supporting evidence of this change.
Once logged in, go to the profile icon, where you will see the pencil icon to update your name.

Contributing is easy, and can be done online at any time.

A withdrawal can take 5 working days to process. This is to ensure all checks are in place to protect you and your money. Once the withdrawal has been approved, then it can take 3-5 working days to reach your bank account.

If you have parental responsibility or are aged 16 or over, you can apply to become the Registered Contact for the Child Trust Fund. Please complete the form and return to us at FREEPOST Foresters Financial, Forester Life, 2 Cromwell Avenue, Bromley BR2 9BF.
If there is already a Registered Contact for the CTF, please contact us (open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm).
