We are sorry to hear that you are having to make a claim. We are here to help, whether you are making the claim for yourself or on behalf of the Planholder.

To make your claim you will need to contact our dedicated UK Claims team who will help you through the claim every step of the way.

  • The Plan number - This can be found on any correspondence we have sent including on Plan Documents.
    Don’t worry if you cannot locate this, we can still help – just give us a call.

  • Medical reports if you are claiming for terminal illness, permanent disability or critical illness.

  • Original Death certificate if claiming Life Benefit. This will be returned immediately.

  • What to expect

    Once your claim has been made and we have received the relevant documentation we will get in touch about any next stages and keep you updated along the way.
