Biography

Nici Audhlam-Gardiner

Nici is the Chief Executive of Foresters UK, joining the business in 2022. She has an extensive background in retail insurance and banking, with a focus on working with member-owned businesses that share her values and desire to build financial resilience for everyday families.

Prior to Foresters, Nici was Chief Commercial Officer and executive member of the board at OneFamily, the third largest Mutual Friendly Society in the UK, and has held senior commercial roles at major investments, insurance and banking groups.

Nici is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee member of Accent Social Housing Group. She acts as a mentor for young people to build their confidence and ambition for university and careers through charities IntoUniversity and Spear. Nici sees a safe place to live, financial wellness and a good education as foundations of a better future for individuals and their families.

Nici graduated from Oxford University with a First-Class Degree in Biochemistry and achieved her MBA at Harvard Business School. She has represented Great Britain in Age-Group Triathlon and sits on the Board of Athletic Ventures, whose mission is to create spectacular events, bringing new audiences and participants to athletics in the UK.
