Important update to Foresters GoTM
Important update to Foresters Go: dacadoo AG, the third-party operator of the Foresters Go app, unexpectedly ceased operations. As a result, the Foresters Go app has been retired and is no longer supported. While some users may still be able to open the app, the app is no longer functional.
No Rewards Points have been lost. Our team is currently working on a solution that is intended to allow members to redeem Rewards Points outside of the app. No new Rewards Points are being recorded as of August 4, 2026. Rewards Points balances will therefore be based on Rewards Points earned up to August 4, 2026, and details regarding an alternative redemption process will be shared separately.
At this time, we have no indication that there has been any unauthorized use or sharing of your personal data. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and will communicate with you should anything change.

What is happening to Foresters Go?
Due to circumstances beyond Foresters control, the third-party vendor that operated the Foresters Go app unexpectedly ceased operations. As a result, the availability of the Foresters Go app has been impacted. We are working to support members through this transition and will share updates as more information becomes available.
Can I still redeem my Rewards Points?
Yes. Foresters is working with a separate third-party vendor that operates the Rewards Store to enable members to access and redeem eligible Rewards Points. We will share additional information on how to access and redeem your Rewards Points as soon as it becomes available.
What happens to any challenges or activities I'm currently working on?
Foresters will review the circumstances and any available challenge data to determine appropriate next steps. Any updates will be communicated directly to affected members.
Can I access my historical activity or wellness data?
Your historical activity and wellness data is no longer accessible through the app. However, data collected through your connected wearable device will generally remain available through that device, subject to the terms and functionality of the wearable provider.
Do I need to do anything right now?
No. Currently, no action is required. We encourage members to watch for email updates from Foresters.
What will happen to Foresters Go?
While the Foresters Go app is no longer available, we intend to provide you with a similar benefit in the future. We are currently evaluating alternative health app providers to deliver a comparable experience and will share more details with members when they become available.
How will I be notified of future updates?
We will provide updates through our website - Foresters.com, member communications such as email and MyForesters.com, and other official channels as new information becomes available.
Does this affect my other Foresters products or member benefits?
No. This situation is limited to the Foresters Go app. It does not affect your other Foresters products, membership or other member benefits.
