Foresters Financial Product Information Recurring Text Message Program Terms and Conditions

By opting-in to the Program (as defined below), you agree to these Foresters Financial Product Information Recurring Text Message Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and Forester’s Privacy Policy.

Program Description: Foresters provides periodic text message updates to its agents with regard to products or promotions that agents might offer to their customers (the “Program”). Messages are sent no more frequently than weekly.

How to Opt-In: You may opt-in to the Program by visiting this page, providing your cellular telephone number in the space provided and agreeing to terms presented on the website (including these Terms and Conditions). Once you agree to the terms and click Join, you will receive a text to the number you provided. Please reply with “JOIN” to this text to confirm you are opting in to receive text alerts from Foresters.

How to Opt-Out: You may text “STOP” to 23240 to opt-out. Once you opt-out, we will send a single confirmation opt-out and will then cease sending you text messages from 23240 unless you opt-in again. Opting out of text messages from 23240 will not opt you out of other text messages you may have elected or will elect to receive from us. You may also opt-out by texting "QUIT," "END," "CANCEL," or "UNSUBSCRIBE."

Eligibility: The Program is intended for use by U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Program Termination: Foresters reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Program, with or without notice.
