Employee well-being

Our employees can access a variety of courses and a suite of employee benefits to help improve and care for their personal and professional well-being. Mental health awareness, mindfulness, stress management and financial planning are just some of the many specialised training options available to each employee.

Also available is our Employee and Family Assistance Programme. This programme helps employees and their families struggling with intense emotional reactions to global, local or personal issues.

Working for Purpose program

The Working for Purpose programme gives our employees more opportunities to give back to their communities and create more positive change. They can engage in hands-on volunteer work and have their fundraising donations matched by Foresters.

In 2025, Foresters is integrating volunteering into our staff incentive plan.
