Also available is our Employee and Family Assistance Program. This program helps employees and their families struggling with intense emotional reactions to global, local or personal issues.

The Working for Purpose program gives our employees more opportunities to give back to their communities and create more positive change. They can engage in hands-on volunteer work and have their fundraising donations matched by Foresters.

In 2025, Foresters is integrating volunteering into our staff incentive plan. Our goal is to encourage even more of our employees to give back in ways that matter to them and positively impact the communities where they live.
