A Message from the Bursary Chairperson
Are you interested in applying for a Bursary?
There are three types of bursaries available this year, the Branch Extension Bursary, the Hugh Lindsay Regional Council Bursary and the *Bud Isabelle Memorial Extension Bursary.
To be eligible to apply for these Bursaries you must meet all of the following criteria:
1. A Foresters member or child of a member.
2. A student graduating from grade twelve this year or continuing on with post secondary education.
3. Eligible to enroll at a post secondary school in the fall of 2010.
Plus to apply for the Bud Isabelle Extension Bursary you must also be:
4. From Northern British Columbia and
5. Entering vocational or trade related studies.

Bud was a well-respected man and a well-known source of information in the heavy-duty machinery and trucking industry, as well as the ranching community. Through this bursary, we hope to carry on his tradition of teaching and learning.”
