We hire Service Representatives who are able and eager to develop friendly, professional relationships with our members and with our sales partners. We provide the in-house training to help them develop the practical skills for achieving strong member-focused relationships.
Foresters leverages proven telephony and customer relationship management technology to deliver quality service to our members. In fact, our Member Relationship Management system has won several prestigious industry awards.
Our Service Representatives spend most of the day on the telephone, assisting our members and sales force with service and product inquiries and requests - which requires the personal touch and clear, fluent communication. If you also speak French or Spanish, you can add valuable service to members for whom these are their first languages.
Service Center teams enjoy a fast-paced and challenging work environment where we make and act on decisions quickly. And while we're dedicated to professionalism, we always take time to celebrate our successes and share Service Center events.
Regular in-house training keeps our teams up to date with Foresters newest financial products and services. For qualified team members, we offer educational assistance for courses that will complement their current position or future career goals at Foresters.
