Euan Allison
Group Managing Director, United Kingdom
Euan Allison joined ForestersTM in May 1994 and was appointed Group Managing Director, United Kingdom in February 2008. In this role, Euan leads a team of 140 Field Staff and 70 Head Office staff, serving over 200,000 Foresters members in the U.K.
Upon joining Foresters in 1994, Euan was responsible for launching the U.K. financial services sales force. In 1999, he became Managing Director of Forester Life, playing a major role in the strategic and operational changes that have contributed to the success of the U.K. operations.
Euan's experience in the financial services industry stretches over 30 years, with particular expertise in the areas of sales and marketing, customer service, training and development, and compliance. He began his career with London & Manchester Assurance at the age of 18, taking his Chartered Insurance exams, and going on to hold many senior positions in the company's field force and head office, culminating with his appointment as Assistant General Manager in charge of the direct sales force.
Euan is a supporter of children's causes including the Full Stop program, sponsored by the National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC); the Association of Children's Hospices; and crib death research.
