During his 35-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bob served as auditor for a wide range of private and public companies and developed a keen interest in corporate governance. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Royal Group Technologies and is currently Chair of the Audit Committee of Consonus Technologies and a Director of M.R.S. Trust. Bob has been a member of numerous accounting industry and professional Committees. He lives in Toronto, Ontario, with his spouse, Ann, and they have one son, Geoff, who is an attorney in Los Angeles. Bob is an avid golfer and skier and is a Governor of the Canadian Seniors' Golf Association and past President of the Mississauga Golf and Country Club.
