Dick is a Corporate Director and Financial Consultant. In 2004, he retired from KPMG LLP, after a 39-year career in which he focused on providing services to the insurance industry. He has served on the Advisory Committee to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, and worked with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Currently he is a Director of ACE INA Insurance, RGA Life Reinsurance, ResMor Trust and Chairman of Seniors Money Limited. His community involvement includes Board positions in health, cultural and educational organizations. Dick's educational background is extensive and includes programs in management and corporate governance. He has been a member of Foresters Board since 2005 and lives in Oakville, Ontario, with his wife Diane. They have three children.
