Patrick (Pat) Kenny has spent the majority of his professional life in the accounting and insurance industries. A member of the Board of Directors since 1997, he serves on the Human Resources and Compensation, and Investment Committees.

Pat received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Masters in Accounting from the University of Missouri. He spent the first 23 years of his career at KPMG Peat Marwick, where he became Senior Audit Partner. Pat then became Chief Financial Officer of Aetna Inc., where he was responsible for Corporate Finance and Communications, Internal Auditing, Information Technology and Investor Relations.

Pat served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for SS&C Technologies, an organization involved in the development of financial management software for the insurance industry. He was also Executive Vice President of Frontier Insurance, where his primary responsibilities were to oversee the group’s finance and accounting functions and its financial and strategic planning.

Pat is currently the President and CEO of the International Insurance Society, based in New York. He is also a director of ING Funds.

Pat and his wife Ann live in Connecticut.
