Kash Manchuk, CMA
Canada
Kash Manchuk has been a member of ForestersTM for more than 35
years, working continuously in elected and appointed offices. During this
time he has held numerous Branch and Regional Council Officer positions,
including being recently elected as Regional Council President for Ontario
West. A Certified Management Accountant by profession, Kash served for 10
years as Secretary/Treasurer and Director, Finance Publishing and
Administration at the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety. He
has also served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer for other
organizations for over twenty years, and was appointed to the Board of
Directors of the Niagara Chemical Subsidiary. He continues to operate an
accounting practice in the Hamilton, Ontario area. Through his Foresters
involvement, Kash was Chair of the Child Print Program with Canada Customs,
and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Canada Immigration’s Missing
Children Program. His efforts have been recognized through an honourable
mention for the Child Print Program in Canadian Parliament’s Hansard Report.
In partnership with Foresters Hamilton, Ontario sales office, Kash helped
coordinate a 10-day Child Print Exhibit at the Canadian National Exhibition
in Toronto in 1995. That same year, he helped coordinate a Children’s Safety
Day for Southwestern Ontario at the Hamilton International Air Show. In 1994
he was appointed Fraternal Education Trainer. With the Anglican Church, he
has served 10 years as the Rector’s Warden. He has also served on the Parish
Counsel, the Ways and Means Committee and as a delegate to Synod. Kash
currently serves on Foresters Board of Directors' Fraternal, and
Inspection & Audit Committees.
Kash lives in Hamilton, Ontario, with his wife Marie. They have four
children and six grandchildren. |
