William B. Foster

After 37 years of service, Bill retired from his position as President of
the Modern Woodmen of America, a fraternal benefit society. He has also
served on the Board and Councils of many life insurance organizations, and
as President of the National Fraternal Congress of America (NFCA). Bill
has volunteered for many not-for-profit organizations, including serving as
President of the United Way. Bill served as Chair of the Board of
Directors for ForestersTM from 1997 to 2002. In 2003, he was
elected our International Fraternal President. As International Fraternal
President, Bill demonstrated a passion for our organization. He
currently serves on the Board's Fraternal and Investment Committees. |
